Enabling Cookies
A cookie is a short piece of code that gets entered into the memory of your browser. Cookies have many purposes, including saving passwords and personalizing web content. They can be misused by advertisers who want to gather personal data, but most often they are used to make your web browsing experience more effective. The login for Industrial Strength's user management system uses a cookie to identify that you have correctly logged in. This cookie expires when you log out. Without the cookie, the server does not remember the login when a new page opens, and you will be redirected to the login screen.
If you enable cookies but you are still redirected to the login screen, it is possible that a firewall or some other security software is blocking cookies. Ask your network administrator for help, or contact the helpdesk of the company that manufactures your security software.
